We ship handcrafted Chikankari and ethnic wear across India with reliable couriers and clear updates from dispatch to doorstep.
Free shipping threshold
Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹1,000 (as shown in our site announcement). Below that threshold, shipping charges appear at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Dispatch timeline
Orders are typically packed and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Festive peaks or made-to-order pieces may take slightly longer; we will email you if that applies to your order.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Metro cities: often 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other serviceable PIN codes: usually 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or non-serviceable areas: we will contact you to arrange the best option or a refund if we cannot deliver.
Order tracking
When your parcel ships, you receive tracking details by email or SMS. Allow up to 24 hours after the “shipped” notification for the first courier scan. If tracking does not move, write to contact@samirooh.com with your order number.
PIN code & address accuracy
Enter a complete delivery address with a valid PIN code at checkout. Wrong PIN codes are the top cause of delays and returns. For fit-sensitive Chikankari kurtis, double-check phone number so the courier can reach you.
Packaging
Garments are packed to protect embroidery — folded with care, not crushed. Delicate whites and pastels ship in protective wrapping to reduce transit marks.
Damaged or lost parcels
If the outer box is damaged, take photos before opening. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and images. We work with the courier and replace or resolve genuine transit damage.
International shipping
We currently focus on India domestic delivery. International shoppers may contact us — we will share options when available for your country.
