Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to SamiRooh (“we”, “us”, “our”) and purchases made at samirooh.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Products & descriptions

• We sell handcrafted Chikankari and ethnic apparel. Colours, embroidery density, and fabric texture may vary slightly from photos — that is normal for artisan work.
• We aim for accurate sizing, fabric, and care information on each product page. If unsure, contact us before buying.
• We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Coupons and offers apply only as described and cannot be combined unless we explicitly allow it.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods as shown at checkout). Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.
• We reserve the right to change prices and promotions without notice; changes do not affect orders already paid.

Orders & shipping

• After payment, you receive an order confirmation by email. Dispatch typically occurs within 2–4 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Delivery times depend on your PIN code and courier partner. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
• Free shipping may apply on orders above ₹1,000 as shown on the site at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable phone number. Failed delivery due to incorrect details may incur re-shipping charges.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Product pages and our FAQs describe return windows and conditions (e.g. unused items with tags intact). To start a return or report a defect, contact contact@samirooh.com with your order number and photos where relevant.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return.
• Customised, altered, or clearly worn items may not be eligible unless defective or our error.
• Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Account

You may sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep access to your inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights.
• Attempt to interfere with site security, scrape content at scale, or abuse checkout or promotional systems.
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content in forms or communications with us.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, and design — is owned by SamiRooh or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission. Product images are for personal shopping reference only.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delayed delivery beyond our reasonable control (e.g. courier or weather disruptions).

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise (including consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded).

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer to approach forums in your place of residence where applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
